Marketing and Events

The Casino Marketing Module enables you to configure and set up different marketing campaigns and events promoted to Casino players. Our Marketing Module supports the most popular types of marketing campaigns — tournaments, bonuses, rebates (Postponed and Instant) and jackpots (Progressive and Mystery).

Bonuses

We have included a wide range of bonuses for your players, including Game Bonus, Stake Amount Bonus, Bet Count Bonus, Game Count Bonus, Deposit Bonus, New Customer Bonus and Coupon Bonus. You can activate Deposit Bonus campaigns automatically or by Coupon code. You can configure every bonus type to specific conditions, such as single or multiple payouts, payout amount, payment conditions (bonus event and stake range). In addition, you can set up External Deposit Bonus campaigns for payouts by external systems.

Coupons

The Marketing Module provides tools for managing Coupons, by which bonuses may be paid. Link coupons with an affiliate reference code and use them for registration of offline affiliates.

Events

The Casino Lobby includes a board of casino events that you can use to display announcements about all active bonuses, tournaments, jackpots and rebates. You can display new events on a separate board. To enhance the level of presentation, link events to Lobby banners, develop your own marketing strategies and create invincible game promotion campaigns!

Marketing Operator Interface

You can fully configure all marketing events via the Marketing Operator Interface — set up all the parameters of your campaigns, the campaign period and the targeted player groups; activate campaigns or stop them. Furthermore, you can do all this without reloading your casino application, avoiding downtime.

Administration and Reporting

Get your preferred report and don't miss a thing!

Administration back-office tools enable you to configure game-related parameters, such as currencies, descriptions, stake limits, etc. You can also set up independent configurations for multiple merchants / gaming portals.

Our Dashboard System provides you with a quick, graphical representation of your business trends and financial flows. The Dashboard System provides two reporting modules: Executive Summary and User Information.

  • The Executive Summary dashboard displays financial and performance trends, such as Profit and Loss, New Players, Staked and Returned rates and Total Customers over the business activity period.

  • The User Information dashboard provides you a complete view of customer activity and performance. You can obtain information on Top Winners/Losers, as well as an overview of a selected customer's Data, Activity, Financial Data, Game Transactions Data, Games History and Financial Performance (profits and losses over the period). The system allows you to track a customer's payments history (list of payments, payment limits applied, used payment methods) and history of marketing payouts (bonuses, coupon payouts, etc).

XCasino reporting provides a Reporting Module that integrates the Consolidated Reports Dashboard System, Casino and Marketing Reports and Game Reports.

  • Consolidated Reports gives you an overview of your business, providing you overall information about financial flows and customer activities in all games and for all your gaming sites.

In our system, every game has a separate reporting system:

  • Casino and Marketing Reports provides you with a detailed view of activity in casino games and marketing campaigns.

  • Game Reports enables you to track the detailed overview of customer activities in fixed odds games.



User Management

The XBase platform includes a role-based User Management module that allows you to define access rights to back-office resources for operators, administrators and managers. From now on you decide yourself who is going to be responsible for managing proper resources!

Payment Gateway / CRM

Payment Gateway is an XBase module that provides functionality for managing customer accounts and processing customers' money transfers between financial institutions — online Payment Solution Providers and Merchant sites. Scalable and Multi-merchant

Payment Gateway has a modular architecture providing a high level of scalability, flexible configuration and effortless integration for new PSPs — add more payment methods without additional integration! Payment Gateway is multi-merchant. Every merchant is configured independently to support an individual configuration of payment methods for each merchant's site.

The PGW Operator Interface enables you to manage the following tasks:

  • Customer Management — find customers, view or update customer profile data, track all customer activities starting from the moment of registration and block/unblock customer accounts.

  • Customer Payments Management — have full control over customer payments! You can approve or reject payments via requested PSPs and refund fraudulent transactions. In addition, you can track the current status of payments, explore failed transactions and view full payment history.

  • Statistics — you can obtain PSP statistics showing you information about failed transactions, deposits or withdrawals as well as money flows for different PSPs.

The Payment Gateway Module allows you to manage customer accounts and process customers' deposits and withdrawals. Through our Payment Gateway you can use any payment system and manage any financial transactions. The architecture of the system allows the quick addition of new payment systems. You can control deposits and withdrawals both in automatic and manual modes. The in-built Customer Management Module allows usage of third party web sites within the XBase platform, which makes front-office integration easier than ever.
